Mumbai, Maharashtra, 28th of August, 2026 : Deepa Jewellers Limited, a recognised name in India’s jewellery market, is now set to enter the capital markets with its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company’s IPO will open on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and close on Thursday, September 3, 2026. The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹168 to ₹177 per equity share.
Investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 84 equity shares, followed by bids in multiples of 84 shares. The face value of each equity share is ₹2. According to the available information, the company has a total of 8.20 crore outstanding equity shares.

The maiden public offering is being viewed as an important milestone for Deepa Jewellers, particularly in terms of supporting its expansion plans and strengthening its presence in the capital markets. The company said, “This IPO marks an important step towards the next phase of growth for Deepa Jewellers and provides investors with an opportunity to participate in the company’s journey.”
