Amarpur, Tripura, 29th of January 2026 : Sgt. Sahit Debbarma of government degree college, Khumulwng has obtained prestigeous achievement of DG NCC Commendation Card 2026. In an official event it has been conferred by Director General of NCC in New Delhi today. As per the report, during Republic Day Parade Camp 2016 two cadets officer Salka Debbarma and Sgt. Sahit Debbarma from government degree college have taken participation in the parade in New Delhi and between them Sgt. Sahit Debbarma under 13 Bn NCC, Agartala has achieved this appreciable achievement.
It is mentionable that DG NCC stands for Director General of the National Cadet Corps, the head of India’s largest uniformed youth organization, responsible for overseeing its administration, training and nationwide activities, ensuring alignment with national goals like ‘Viksit Bharat @ 2047’. GDC authority has applauded the great credit of Sgt. Sahit Debbarma and motivated him for his future goal.
