Dharmanagar, Tripura, 2nd of April, 2026 : Political excitement is steadily intensifying ahead of the upcoming Dharmanagar by-election. In this context, a large election rally in support of Left Front candidate Amitabha Dutta was held at DNV Ground in Dharmanagar on Thursday at 3 PM, drawing significant public attention.
Prominent leaders present at the rally included CPI(M) State Secretary Jitendra Chaudhury, CPI(M) Central Committee member Krishna Rakshit, CPI(M) North District Secretary Abhijit Dey, MLA of Jubarajnagar constituency Shailendra Chandra Nath, MLA of Kurti-Kadamtala constituency Islam Uddin, along with several other senior leaders and party members, including the Left Front’s nominated candidate Amitabha Dutta.
