Agartala, Tripura, 24th of July 2025 : The Dhaleshwar’s Tarun Sangha Club reconstituted the Women’s Durga Puja Committee with full consensus at meeting held at Tarun Sangha Club premises, Agartala, Tripura on Tuesday (22nd July, 2025).
According to report, like the last 14 years, this time too, the Tarun Sangha Club of Dhaleshwar has maintained its tradition and has initiated “Mother Worship” with the mothers and sisters of the area. This year’s Puja Committee (15th year) has been formed with women. The President, Secretary and Treasurer of the newly formed Puja Committee are Gourika Debbarma, Nandita Bhowmik and Moumita Roy Chowdhury respectively. The theme for this year’ Durga Puja 2025 of the of the Tarun Sangha Club is “Ikir Mikir Cham Chikir“. The main objective of this theme is to create awareness against mental and physical abuse of children and to make the youth aware against addiction. Shri Ratan Saha, member of the executive committee of the club, gave this information in a statement.
