Agartala, 4th April, 2024 : The Election Commission has suspended SPO of Sidhai Police Station Sumon Hossain for violating the Model Code of Conduct on Thursday (4th April, 2024).
According to the investigation report by Mohanpur Sub-Divisional Police Officer of West Tripura District Dr. Kiran Kumar K signed D.O. No. 709 on 04-04-2024 (today) Sidhai police station SPO Sumon Hossain has been suspended from service.
According to report, SPO of Sidhai Police Station Sumon Hossain accused participating in the programme of a political party in Rangamura area to 2/30 polling station under Mohanpur Assembly Constituency on 28-03-2024. Sumon Hossain has been temporarily suspended from the job for violating the Electoral Code of Conduct.
