Khowai, Tripura, 19th of September, 2026 : An elderly woman was seriously injured after being attacked by a venomous or poisonous insects while working in an agricultural field under Khowai Subdivision today (19th September, 2026). The incident has caused concern and created a stir in the area.
According to reports, the elderly woman was suddenly attacked by a red bull while working in the agricultural field. After witnessing the incident, her family members immediately informed local leader Uttam Adhikari about the matter.
As soon as he received the information, Uttam Adhikari promptly contacted the Chebri Primary Health Centre and arranged an ambulance to take the injured elderly woman, identified as Pranati Debnath, to the health centre. The injured woman was brought to the Chebri Primary Health Centre by ambulance along with her family members. She is currently undergoing treatment there, it has been reported.
The family members expressed their gratitude for the prompt arrangement of the ambulance and the initiative taken to ensure that the injured woman reached the health centre without delay.
