Mumbai, Maharashtra, 19th of September, 2026 : Elevate Campuses Limited, a company operating in the education and student accommodation sector, is set to launch its ₹2,100 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The company has fixed the price band at ₹343 to ₹362 per equity share. Investors can place their bids until Friday, September 25, 2026. The bidding for anchor investors will open on September 22.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 41 shares and thereafter in multiples of 41 shares. Through the issue, the company plans to raise up to ₹21,000 million, equivalent to ₹2,100 crore.

Elevate Campuses operates in India by owning, operating and managing student accommodation facilities on the campuses of higher education institutions. In addition, the company owns assets associated with K-12 education. As of March 31, 2026, its services had a total capacity of 80,255 students across 15 cities in India and one city in the United Arab Emirates.
The company operates its business under the Good Host Spaces and ScholarZed brands. Its portfolio comprises seven owned student accommodation campuses with a capacity of 20,368 beds and 14 managed campuses with a capacity of 55,487 beds.
In the IPO, at least 75% of the issue will be reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), while not more than 15% will be allocated to Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and not more than 10% to retail investors.
