Ampi, Tripura, 5th of September 2025 : With the joint initiative of the TEST (Tipra Engineers’ Society of Tripura) & ONGC a Mega Health Camp cum Anti-Drug Awareness campaign has been conducted here at Debendra Para J.B School in Purba Takka VC under Poangbari Block, South Tripura Thursday (4th September 2025).

In this Free Health camp many doctors with medical team under CMO, South Tripura have attended the event. The team has provided free health checkup facility as blood test, pressure test, sugar test, malaria test etc and given free medicines to 300 patients. As per the medical authority report, no one has been detected malaria positive nor HIV positive on the camp. Sources said, 500 mosquito nets also have been distributed amidst the poor to protect them from mosquito.

Under the supervision of the TEST secretary Jiban Debbarma the programme was nicely constituted to dispose better service to villagers and according to the prescription of the doctors suitable free medicines have been given to the attendee patients. After availing free mosquito nets and free medical facilities local villagers were found cheerful and they have thanked the organizer for their philanthropic initiative.
