With the initiative of the Teliamura Municipal Council Felicitation Ceremony has been organized of the newly elected MLAs at Teliamura on Sunday (26th March, 2023).
MLA Pinaki Das Chowdhury Kalyanpur Pramodnagar-27, MLA Kalyani Roy Teliamura-28, MLA Bikash Debbarma Krishnapur-29 elected from Assembly Constituencies under Teliamura subdivision. MLA Krishnapur-29 and Tribal Welfare, Handloom, Handicrafts & Sericulture, Statistics Minister Bikash Debbarma could not attend the ceremony due to his special work.
“We have the position of legislator, we will work, we will work for every citizen of the society. This welcome today will give us energy to work in the future”, MLA Kalyani Roy Teliamura-28 Constituency expressed such opinion at the felicitation ceremony. MLA Pinaki Das Chowdhury said that with the blessings of residents of the Teliamura subdivision, the three MLAs will work together. He also expressed hope that he will work in the future to make Teliamura subdivision as the best subdivision.
On this day, in this felicitation ceremony, on behalf of Tripura Journalist Union’s Teliamura subdivision, MLA Pinaki Das Chowdhury Kalyanpur Pramodnagar-27 Assembly Constituency, MLA Kalyani Roy Teliamura-28 Assembly Constituency were felicitated. Members of Tripura Journalists Union of Teliamura subdivision were present at the felicitation ceremony.
Teliamura Municipal Councillor Rupak Sarkar, Vice Chairman Madhusudan Roy, Former Chairman Nitin Kumar Saha, Deputy CEO of Teliamura Municipal Council Rakesh Chakraborty and other dignitaries were present in the felicitation ceremony.
