Agartala, Tripura, 29th of April, 2025 : Distinguished academician and former Vice-Chancellor of Tripura University, Prof. Arunoday Saha honored Padma Shri award, one of India’s highest civilian awards, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to Literature and Education. The award was presented by Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Delhi on Monday (28th April, 2025).

Amidst the distinguished dignitaries participants there were Hon’ble Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Union Home Minister Amit Shah and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, other Union Ministers and many other dignitaries were present in the award ceremony.
