Chit fund companies were looting the hard-earned money of the people of the entire state and running away. At present, micro finance companies like Asirvad Micro Finance Limited are spreading like wildfire in different parts of the state. There is no harm in following the rules and regulations.
There are no rules and regulations regarding the transactions of the companies. They are running a looting business by luring ordinary customers with loans. Such a fraud incident has been alleged against Asirvad Micro Finance Limited in Khowai branch.
In the incident, Kiran Raut, S/O- Lt. Geeta Raut, a customer of the Khowai branch who was cheated, said that he has been cheated from the Khowai branch of Asirvad Micro Finance Limited for the past two years. Basically, while giving policy loans to Asirvad Micro Finance Limited customers, it is said that if the customer dies during the policy period, 60 thousand taka will be given as insurance money. As usual, the customer Geeta Raut and her husband died about two months apart. After that, the customer’s death certificate and the death certificate of the nominee were submitted to the Khowai branch.
Later, Kiran Raut, the only heir of Geeta Raut and Tinku Raut, also submitted the inheritance certificate of Asirvad Micro Finance Limited to the Khowai office. Khowai Asirvad Micro Finance Limited has been deceiving for the two years by saying that the money will come in today and the money will come in tomorrow. The most noticeable thing is that even after Geeta’s death, Khowai Asirvad Micro Finance Limited took the installment money until her debt certificate was issued. Authority Asirvad Micro Finance Limited said that the installment money should be paid until the debt certificate is submitted to the office. Interacted with the media Kiran Raut, the only heir of the deceased customer of Asirvad Micro Finance Limited, told us this whole matter in front of our camera today. The well-informed public believes that if the Government finance department does not monitor the entire matter properly, it will continue to defraud customers in the future.
