New Delhi, Delhi, 21st of February, 2026 : At the India AI Impact Summit, artificial intelligence wasn’t limited to enterprise dashboards or productivity tools. At the pavilion of Jio, AI took on a more personal role — helping visitors manage their wardrobes and analyze their skin in real time.

The showcase blended fashion, beauty and AI into an interactive experience, hinting at how personalization may shape the next wave of consumer technology.
A digital closet with analytics
Titled “Your Intelligent Wardrobe,” the demo allowed users to upload photos of their clothes and create a virtual catalog.
Once added, the system generated Wardrobe Insights, tracking usage patterns, flagging underused items and identifying gaps. The integrated AI Stylist suggested outfits from the user’s own closet, while tools like Lookbooks, Outfit Calendar, and Mix & Match enabled planning and experimentation.
In essence, fashion became measurable — with data nudging users toward smarter choices.

Skincare meets real-time AI detection
Alongside the wardrobe experience was an AI-powered skin analysis tool designed to replace traditional questionnaire-based beauty quizzes. Users uploaded a photo, and the system scanned across 14+ concern parameters, including acne, pigmentation and wrinkles.
Based on the scan, it generated personalized product recommendations, supported by annotated reports and an analytics dashboard. A SkinGPT chatbot handled follow-up queries, while a “future skin simulation” feature visualized potential outcomes from recommended routines.
The emphasis was on immediacy — removing guesswork and reducing friction in product discovery.
A signal for retail and personalization
The interactive format resonated strongly with younger attendees, particularly women visitors who actively engaged with both demos.

While it remains to be seen whether these solutions will scale commercially, the showcase offered a glimpse into how AI could reshape fashion and beauty retail — moving from static catalogs and generic suggestions to real-time, image-based personalization.
As AI becomes more embedded in consumer platforms, experiences like these point toward a future where wardrobe management, skincare recommendations and even purchase decisions are driven by data — and delivered instantly.
