GDC Organized Cleanliness Drive. 

Amarpur, Tripura, 2nd of October 2024 IUUAiming to have hygienic atmosphere the GDC (Government Degree College) of Khumulwng girls’ hostel authority has conducted a generous cleanliness drive programme here in Janmejoy Nagar and Belbari VCs under Belbari block in West Tripura today.

As per the report, on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of the father of nation Mahatma Gandhi the assistant professor and girls hostel superintendent Maharani Hrangkhawl has taken this motivational initiative of cleanliness drive programme. To generate inspiration and awareness amidst college girl hostellers over neat and clean environment and hygienic surrounding Mrs. Hrangkhawl has motivated her students regarding suitable atmosphere for human beings. Under the inspection of the hostel superintendent 50 girl hostellers have cleaned roads and institution premises in Janmejoy Nagar and Belbari VCs. Addressing the hostellers assistant professor has said, “It is our fundamental duty to keep our institution and home neat and clean. Our endeavor will inspire our next generation to maintain hygienic environment.” She has provided good tips to her hostellers over Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and poured spirit amongst them. General public have appreciated the initiative and thanked the authority for their good job.
