Agartala, Tripura, 21st July, 2026 : Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu has extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Tripura on the occasion of the Kharchi Puja Festival.
In his message, the Governor said, “Kharchi Puja is one of Tripura’s most popular and significant festivals. It is celebrated over a week at the premises of the Chaturdasha Devata (Fourteen Deities) Temple in Old Agartala. Devotees from different parts of the state, as well as from outside Tripura, gather at the temple to take part in and enjoy this vibrant festival.”
Governor also added that “May this festival bring joy, love, peace, prosperity, and a spirit of brotherhood among the people of Tripura.”
