Mumbai, Maharashtra, 16th of July, 2026 : Gujarat Inject (Kerala) Limited has announced its standalone financial results for the first quarter of FY2026-27, reporting a strong operational performance. The company’s operating revenue rose to ₹12.45 crore, compared to ₹2.42 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, reflecting an impressive 414.4% year-on-year growth. Net profit increased significantly from ₹7.35 lakh to ₹1.25 crore, while earnings per share (EPS) climbed from ₹0.05 to ₹0.86.

The company stated that its Q1 FY27 profit represents nearly 69% of its total profit for the entire FY26, highlighting improved operational efficiency and stronger margins.
The Board of Directors has also approved the appointment of Mr. Murali Shivashankaran Nair as the Managing Director for a period of three years. He brings extensive experience in manufacturing, administration, and corporate development.
As part of its strategic transformation, the Board has approved a proposal to rename the company as ‘Regenova RenewTech Limited’, subject to shareholders’ approval. The proposed rebranding reflects the company’s increasing focus on the solar PV module distribution business and the broader clean energy sector. The company currently operates a 5 MW solar power project in Mehsana, Gujarat, and is rapidly expanding its presence in the renewable energy industry.
