Agartala, Tripura, 15th of August, 2026 : The Exhibition on Partition Horrors Remembrance was inaugurated at IASE, Kunjaban by the Chief Guest, Shri Rampada Jamatia, Hon’ble Speaker of the Tripura Legislative Assembly, on Friday (14th August 2026). The exhibition featured a thoughtfully curated collection of photographs and artworks depicting the human suffering, displacement, pain and anguish experienced during the Partition of India. Through these visual narratives, the exhibition offered students and visitors an opportunity to reflect on one of the most painful chapters of our history.

The occasion reminded us that remembering the past is essential to building a future founded on peace, unity, harmony, tolerance and human dignity.
