Amarpur, Tripura, 30th of June 2025 : With the initiative of IPFT North Amarpur Division Committee a one day conference has been conducted here in Ampi Nagar community hall in Gomati Tripura today. On this occasion large number of IPFT & IWFT activists have assembled here in the programme venue and took active participation in the event. Before the programme initiation a big rally was conducted which has marched on Teliamura-Amarpur road at Ampi nagar including Ampi market lanes. In presence of many programme dignitaries the IPFT state President Prem Kumar Reang has inaugurated the conference. Aiming the Motto, ‘Struggle For Existence’ the conference was buzzing with people and created good motivation amidst indigenous people.
Addressing the huge gathering the state committee president has said, “The IPFT party was formed to create better future of all 19 indigenous communities living in TTAADC. Our party’s fundamental goal is to achieve separate state ‘Tipraland’. And of course our genuine indigenous favoured movement will gain its desired goal in coming days. To uplift our communities separate state ‘Tipraland’ is essential and unless we gain it the struggle of the IPFT organization never ends.”
Today, through this one day conference IPFT North Amarpur Division new Committee consisting 45 members has been formed unanimously. On the other hand consisting 35 members IWFT, wing of IPFT new committee of North Amarpur Division also has been constituted. The senior state committee leaders have made the new committee members to take oath for better management of the party and advised them to accomplish their responsibilities sincerely for the organization respectively. As per the report, quitting other parties 19 new faces have also associated with IPFT party today. The party’s senior leaders have accepted the new comers with warm greetings and instructed them to be active for the organization.
Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Binay Kumar Jamatia, division president, Jasuda Rani Jamatia, IWFT central president, Manya Singh Jamatia, YIPFT G.S, Ahalad Jamatia, Atisha, central advisory chairman and many others remained present in the conference.
