Khowai District Champion In The Boys And Girls Category District-Level Handball Tournament.

Khowai, Tripura, 29th of September, 2024 :  Khowai district champion in the boys and girls category District-Level inter School Handball Tournament (Boys & Girls) under-17. The District-Level inter School Handball tournament final match was held at Khowai on Sunday (29th September, 2024). The final match in the boys category between Khowai District and Dhalai District. Khowai district won the match by 12 goals.

Indrajit Das scored the most goals for Khowai district. He scored a total of 15 goals. Animesh Roy was the top scorer for Dhalai district. He has seven goals in his possession. In the girls’ division, Khowai district won the champion by defeating Gomati district by five goals. Priya Gope scored four goals, Corona Dey scored two goals and Laxmi Das three goals for Khowai district. On this day, the present guests in the ceremony handed over the trophy to the champion team.
