Khowai, Tripura, 17th of March, 2026 : Khowai Police secret operation was launched at Khowai on Sunday (15th March, 2026). Khowai Police arrested one man and seized a large quantity of illegal foreign liquor.
Interacted with media Officer-in-Charge Krishnadhan Sarkar of Khowai Police Station stated that this morning, a team led by Second Officer Pranjit Halam detained a person identified as Dilip Debbarma from the Ramchandra Ghat area of Khowai along with a quantity of illegal foreign liquor.
OC of Khowai Police Station also stated that the police later brought the accused along with the seized liquor to the police station and registered a case under relevant sections.
