It is necessary to have one percent of the blood of the total population of the state in the blood bank. The government’s Blood Transfusion Board is doing this work efficiently. The current state government is taking various initiatives to solve the health problems of the people. He said that at present there are 14 blood banks in the state, 6 blood component separation units, 7 blood storage centers, and blood banks are operational in 6 district hospitals.” Chief Minister added.
