Mumbai, Maharashtra, 5th of September, 2026 : LCC Projects Limited, an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, is set to begin a new chapter in the capital market with its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The company has fixed a price band of ₹139 to ₹146 per equity share for the issue. The approximately ₹427-crore IPO will open for subscription on September 9 and close on September 11, while bidding for anchor investors will take place on September 8.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹258 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,15,85,000 equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the issue size is estimated at around ₹427 crore, while at the lower end, it is expected to be around ₹419 crore.
Interestingly, LCC Projects is not merely a construction company but an EPC player with expertise in executing complex projects related to irrigation and water supply. With more than two decades of experience, the company has worked on projects involving dams, barrages, weirs, canals, pipe distribution networks, lift irrigation systems and water supply schemes.

The proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised towards the purchase of equipment and general corporate purposes. The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.
