The Saree 3K Run goes beyond promoting physical activity—it’s a platform to advocate for women’s health and well-being. Motherhood Hospitals aim to raise awareness about the importance of regular gynecological screenings, HPV vaccinations for cervical cancer prevention, and addressing commonly overlooked issues such as painful periods, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), and miscarriages.
Participants will be provided with refreshments and are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to support sustainability. Saree attire and running shoes are a must for all runners.
This event also serves as a reminder for women to prioritize their health and seek timely medical care. Regular gynecological check-ups play a crucial role in early detection of health issues, while HPV vaccinations can help prevent cervical cancer. Addressing conditions like painful periods or recurrent UTIs is key to improving overall quality of life.
The Saree 3K Run isn’t just a race; it’s a celebration of community, culture, and empowerment.
Let’s come together to inspire others to embrace health, fitness without limits and prove that fitness is not bound by barriers—be it attire or age.
We look forward to seeing you there!
