Mumbai, Maharashtra, 31st of July, 2026 : Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) has reported a robust financial performance for the first quarter of FY2026-27. The company’s operating Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 14% year-on-year to ₹609 crore, while total PAT, including Other Comprehensive Income (OCI), reached a record ₹1,513 crore. The strong performance was driven primarily by its Asset Management business, where PAT surged 73% year-on-year.

The company’s total Assets Under Management (AUM) grew 31% to ₹2.12 lakh crore. In the mutual fund business, SIP inflows rose 16% to ₹4,064 crore, while Private Wealth Management AUM increased 37% to ₹2.4 lakh crore. In Retail Wealth Management, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew 26%, and the distribution book expanded to ₹45,575 crore.
The Housing Finance business also posted a strong performance, with PAT rising 36% to ₹32 crore and loan disbursements increasing 64% year-on-year. During the quarter, CRISIL upgraded the company’s long-term credit rating to AA+ (Stable).
Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contributed 66% of the company’s total revenue, making its earnings more stable and predictable. Over the past decade, Motilal Oswal Financial Services has maintained a strong growth trajectory, delivering a 33% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in operating PAT.
