Mumbai, Maharashtra, 17th of April 2026 : India’s largest life insurance company, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), has taken a significant step in its digital transformation journey with the launch of the MyLIC (customer app) and Super Sales Saathi (intermediary app). The advanced applications were inaugurated on April 15, 2026, at an event held in Mumbai by M. Nagaraju, Secretary, Department of Financial Services. LIC’s CEO & MD R. Doraiswamy, along with senior management, was also present on the occasion.

The MyLIC app enables policyholders to manage their insurance policies on a single platform, offering features such as premium payments, real-time benefit tracking, paperless loans, and e-KYC services. On the other hand, the Super Sales Saathi app is designed for agents and marketing personnel, equipped with digital sales tools, real-time tracking, AI-based recommendations, and performance dashboards.
Speaking at the event, M. Nagaraju said, “LIC’s digital ecosystem is no longer just a service medium but is evolving into a robust distribution and engagement platform.” R. Doraiswamy added, “These apps are not merely support tools but strategic assets shaping customer experience and enhancing agent productivity.” Built on the DIVE platform, these apps strengthen LIC’s digital-first vision, ensuring a seamless, secure, and smart insurance experience for customers, agents, and employees.
