Dharmanagar, Tripura, 23rd of June 2026 : Hard work, self-confidence, and an indomitable spirit can overcome any obstacle—Dharmanagar’s Nabankur Dey stands as a shining example of this belief. He recently brought pride to his locality by winning the prestigious “Director’s Choice” award at the ** competition held in Dharmanagar. A resident of Rajbari Station Road in Dharmanagar, Nabankur is the only son of Panku Dey and Rinti Dey. He is also widely known in the area as the eldest son of the Bipadnashini Bari family. Currently, he is a Class 10 student at Golden Valley School.
According to sources, Nabankur has grown up facing various challenges since childhood, yet he never gave up on his dreams. Alongside his studies, he actively participated in cultural and creative competitions, consistently achieving success. His dedication and perseverance have now earned him special recognition at a prestigious state-level modeling competition.
Nabankur’s journey of success began in 2014 when he received his first trophy and certificate from Picasso Art School. That initial achievement inspired him to continue striving for excellence. Since then, he has participated in numerous competitions and earned accolades through his talent and determination.During the three-day workshop and grand finale of Tripura Next Super Model Season 2, organized by Debsha Entertainment, Nabankur impressed the judges with his confidence, personality, and stage presence. In recognition of his outstanding performance, he was awarded the “Director’s Choice” title.
Speaking about his future aspirations, Nabankur said that he wishes to advance further in the modeling industry and dreams of representing Tripura on national platforms one day. He believes that with hard work and proper guidance, he can achieve that goal.
Nabankur’s achievement has brought joy to his family, teachers, friends, and local residents. Many believe that his success will inspire other young people in Dharmanagar to pursue their dreams with determination and confidence.
