Mumbai, Maharashtra, 28th of September, 2026 : Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited, engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of gold jewellery studded with lab-grown diamonds, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 30, 2026. The company plans to raise approximately ₹108.42 crore at the upper end of the price band. The IPO has been priced in the range of ₹70 to ₹75 per equity share, with a lot size of 200 shares. The issue comprises a total of 14,456,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 per share.
According to the company, the net proceeds from the IPO will primarily be utilised to meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. Bidding for anchor investors will take place on September 29, while the IPO will close on October 5, 2026. The company has proposed to list its equity shares on both the NSE and BSE.

Under the issue, up to 50% of the shares will be reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) will be allocated a minimum of 15% and retail investors a minimum of 35%. Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services Private Limited is the Registrar.
In FY2026, the company reported revenue of ₹2,028.94 million, EBITDA of ₹309.74 million and net profit of ₹223.15 million. According to the management, the capital raised through the IPO will support business expansion and help strengthen the company’s manufacturing capabilities.
