Agartala, Tripura, 18th of December 2025 : The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ONGC Tripura Power Company Ltd. (OTPC), Shri Sanjay Garhwal, today visited the TRESP stall in the SARAS Fair and oversee the project’s ongoing initiatives and multi-dimensional approaches. During his interaction with the TRESP team, Shri Garhwal highly appreciated TRESP’s meaningful and genuine work at the grassroots level being displayed in the SARAS Fair .
He expressed particular admiration for TRESP’s community-centric approach towards livelihood promotion, rural engagement, and effective dissemination of knowledge among stakeholders. Commending the dedication, professionalism, and visible impact of the project interventions, Shri Garhwal encouraged the team to continue their committed efforts in driving rural development.
The visit served as a strong motivation for the TRESP team and reaffirmed the project’s significant role in fostering rural economic growth and strengthening service delivery in Tribal areas .
