Mumbai, Maharashtra, 25th of September, 2026 : Amid one of the busiest SME IPO weeks of September, Peshwa Wheat Limited has attracted strong investor attention on the very first day of its issue. The ₹53.52-crore BSE SME IPO received a robust response within the opening hours, with participation from Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) emerging as a key highlight.
Against just 49,200 shares available for the QIB portion, bids were received for around 87.14 lakh shares, translating into a subscription of nearly 177 times. The QIB category is also reported to have received bids worth approximately ₹88 crore. The company’s IPO is priced in the ₹95–101 per share range and comprises 52.99 lakh equity shares. The shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on October 1, 2026.

Commenting on the prevailing market environment, a market observer said, “The strong institutional demand for Peshwa Wheat reflects heightened investor activity in the SME segment. The exceptional bidding in the QIB portion is the most notable feature of this issue.”
Meanwhile, reports of the offline market Grey Market Premium (GMP) reaching ₹285–290 have further increased market interest. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and does not guarantee the final listing performance of the IPO.
