Hyderabad, Telangana, 7th of December, 2025 : In a coordinated crackdown, the South West Zone Task Force Police, along with the Begum Bazar Police, conducted raids across several shops in Hyderabad following credible intelligence on the sale of counterfeit Kanvee-branded cutting tools.

During the operation, officials received specific information that Labdhi Enterprises, located in the Begum Bazar area, was allegedly stocking bulk quantities of fake Kanvee TCT saw blades. Acting swiftly, police raided the premises and seized a significant volume of suspected counterfeit products.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the Labdhi Enterprises may have been selling duplicate Kanvee items since 2019, causing financial losses to the brand and posing safety risks to consumers.

The Begum Bazar Police have registered an FIR and initiated further legal action. Samples of the seized products have been sent for verification, while efforts are underway to trace the supply chain and identify others involved in the distribution network.
Authorities have urged traders and consumers to stay vigilant and report any suspicious sales of branded industrial tools.
