Mumbai, Maharashtra, 25th of April 2025 : FY25 highlights
• Reliance posted record annual consolidated revenues at ₹1,071,174 crore ($125.3 billion), up 7.1% YoY, supported by continued revenue growth in consumer businesses and O2C
• Reliance’s annual consolidated EBITDA increased by 2.9% Y-o-Y to ₹183,422 crore ($ 21.5 billion) with strong positive contribution from consumer businesses

• Reliance’s annual consolidated Profit After Tax and Share of Profit/(Loss) of Associates & JVs increased by 2.9% Y-o-Y to ₹81,309 crore ($9.5 billion)
• Capital Expenditure for the year ended March 31, 2025, was ₹131,107 crore ($15.3 billion)
• RIL’s consolidated Net Debt as of 31st March 2025 was marginally up at ₹117,083 crore as against ₹116,281 crore as of 31st March 2024
• Reliance Industries announced a dividend of Rs xxx per share for the year ended March 2025
Q4 FY25 Highlights
Consolidated Numbers
• Reliance’s Gross Revenue for the March ’25 quarter was ₹288,138 crore ($33.7 billion), up 8.8% Y-o-Y, supported by double-digit growth in O2C and consumer businesses.
• Reliance’s quarterly EBITDA increased by 3.6% Y-o-Y to ₹48,737 crore ($5.7 billion) with strong contribution from consumer businesses.
• Quarterly profit after tax and Share of Profit/(Loss) of Associates & JVs increased by 6.4% Y-o-Y to ₹22,611 crore ($2.6 billion).
• RIL’s consolidated Capital Expenditure for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, was ₹36,041 crore ($4.2 billion)
Digital Services
• Jio Platforms’ EBIDTA for quarter ended March 2025 increased by 18.5% Y-o-Y to ₹17,016 crore
• Jio’s net profit for the quarter grew 25.7% Y-o-Y to ₹7,022 crore
• Jio reported 6.1 million net subscriber addition during the quarter driven by continued subscriber addition post tariff hike related churn and steady ramp up in home connects. Jio’s subscriber base stood at 488.2 million on 31st March 2025, including 191 million True5G subscribers
• Jio’s ARPU increased further to ₹ 206.2 with continued impact of tariff hike and better subscriber mix partly impacted by lower number of days in the quarter. Residual impact of tariff hike to flow through by Jun’25
• Jio’s customer engagement levels continued to remain strong with per capita data consumption of 33.6 GB/month, and total data traffic growth of 19.6% Y-o-Y to 48.9 billion GB during the quarter. Voice traffic increased 3.5% Y-o-Y to 1.49 trillion minutes
Reliance Retail
• Reliance Retail recorded a revenue of ₹88,620 crore, up 15.7% Y-o-Y, for the March 2025 quarter
• Reliance Retail’s quarterly EBITDA was up by 14.3% Y-o-Y at ₹6,711 crore; EBITDA margin stood at 8.5%
• Retail business opened 1,089 new stores with total store count at 19,340 and total area under operation 77.4 million sq. ft.
• The registered customer base grew to 349 million, making Reliance Retail one of the most preferred retailers in the country. Total transactions recorded were at 361 million, up 16.1% Y-o-Y. Digital Commerce and New Commerce contributed 18% of total revenue
• Reliance’s O2C Segment Revenue for the quarter increased by 15.4% Y-o-Y to ₹164,613 crore ($19.3 billion) due to higher volumes and increased domestic product placement
• Reliance’s O2C Segment EBITDA decreased by 10.0% Y-o-Y to ₹15,080 crore ($1.8 billion) due to sharp fall in transportation fuel cracks and lower polyester chain margins partially offset by higher volume, feedstock cost optimization and higher PP and PVC delta.
• Reliance BP Mobility Limited (RBML) operates a country-wide network of 1,916 outlets (vs 1,729 in 4Q FY24) under brand Jio-bp. RBML’s quarterly sales for HSD, MS and ATF grew at 24.4% / 35.4% / 46.8% on Y-o-Y basis as against industry sales volume growth of (0.9%) / 5.6% / 6.4%.
O2C Business
• The Oil & Gas segment revenue for the quarter was lower by 0.4% YoY at ₹6,440 crore, mainly on account of lower gas production and lower oil offtake from KGD6, partly offset with higher gas price realisation in KGD6 Field and higher CBM production
• The Oil & Gas segment’s quarterly EBITDA declined 8.6% to ₹5,123 crore on Y-o-Y basis following higher operating cost due to one-time maintenance activity and Government levies
• The average KGD6 Production for the 4Q FY25 was 26.73 MMSCMD of gas and ~19,600 bbl / day of Oil / Condensate. The current rate of production is ~27.3 MMSCMD of gas and ~ 20,600 bbl / day of Oil / Condensate.
