Mumbai, August 22, 2024 : Reliance Jio, India’s leading digital services provider, has crossed the 2 lakh subscribers mark in the Wireline segment in the North East telecom circle as of June 2024, according to the latest Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) report. This milestone underscores Jio’s rapid expansion in the region, reflecting its commitment to enhance connectivity in the region.
On a national scale, Jio added 4,34,128 subscribers in June 2024, pushing its total wireline subscriber base to 13,195,801. The sustained growth in the North East is indicative of Jio’s strategic emphasis on bolstering its advanced infrastructure in the region, ensuring broader access to high-quality, reliable digital services.
In the wireless segment, Jio added 50,776 subscribers to in the month of June to reach 4,417,294 subscribers in the region.
Jio’s comprehensive service offerings, which include dependable internet, entertainment, and digital solutions, have struck a chord with consumers nationwide.
