Ampi, Tripura, 7th of May 2025 : Due to constantly road woes throughout years Uchoi and Reang inhabitants of Satraiphang and Bru colony villages in Karbook block, Gomati Tripura are always suffering in all seasons. As per the report, for not having bridge over Satraiphang Chara 170 indigenous families are facing acute critical situation for movement in last many decades.

One senior citizen of the locality has said, “Our fundamental demand of RCC foot bridge is pending for last many years. During monsoon period our villagers face dangerous obstacle for daily movement and communication. Senior citizens and students are the worst victim of road woes in our village. During emergency cases we are helpless; we are unable to dispose vehicle for patients and pregnant women as we have no bridge over our village stream. We are also Indian citizens and providing vote for forming government but when all are availing govt. amenities then it is our genuine fundamental right to have minimum govt. facilities for our convenient livelihood. The administration must remember the fundamental responsibility for the common deprived communities.”
To decelerate the anxiety of the hamlets district YTF president Sujoy Uchoi has visited the villages and interacted with villagers over their urgent requirements. He assured them that administrative initiative would be taken soon to fulfil the basic requirements of the villagers.
