Agartala, Tripura, 13th of February 2025 : Sabhadhipati of West Tripura Zilla Parishad Balai Goswami passed away at Apollo Hospital on Thursday (13th February, 2025) at around 3:00am. According to sources, he traveled to Apollo Hospital, Chennai the treatment of the routine check-up. He suffered a heart attack and despite all possible efforts of the medical team on Wednesday night (12th February, 2025),he passed away. He was 62 years old.
“I am deeply saddened and shocked by the untimely demise of the esteemed President of West Tripura Zilla Parishad and my party colleague, Balai Goswami. His demise is an irreparable loss for the Bharatiya Janata Party family and countless admirers. I spoke to his daughter and the hospital authorities immediately after receiving the news of his illness yesterday. I could not have imagined that he would leave so untimely. The state has lost a very skilled organizer and administrator today. I pray to God for the eternal peace of the departed soul and express my deepest condolences to the bereaved family and relatives in this difficult time.”, Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha expressed his condolences wrote on his social media.
