Sameera Reddy’s Fitness Mantra: Every Day Is The Real Workout, Make Protein A Daily Habit.

Spread the love

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 12th of September, 2026 : Fitness is no longer limited to sweating it out at the gym. The hustle and bustle of work, long journeys, household responsibilities and constant activity throughout the day demand just as much energy and strength from the body. Actor and fitness icon Sameera Reddy highlighted this evolving perspective in a special way during Horlicks’ latest campaign. Through its new Horlicks Protein Powder, the brand is taking an initiative to make protein an easy and practical part of everyday nutrition.

Horlicks’ new thought, “Your Day Is the Real Workout,” is based on the idea that our daily lives are no less than a workout in themselves. Through this initiative, Sameera Reddy shared the message that fitness and nutrition should not be restricted to the gym or exercise routines but should instead become an integral part of everyday needs and lifestyles.

Each serving of the new Horlicks Protein Powder provides 24 grams of protein and 4 grams of prebiotic fibre. Designed with busy lifestyles in mind, it comes in a convenient single-serve sachet format that can be easily used at the office, while travelling or during a hectic day.

One of its key features is fermented yeast protein, which provides all nine essential amino acids. The product is stated to have a PDCAAS score of 1.0. It also contains inulin prebiotic fibre and papain. The product is available in three variants—Chocolate, Coffee and Unflavoured.

Rajneet Kohli, Executive Director, Foods, Hindustan Unilever Limited, said that for Horlicks, a brand with a legacy of more than 100 years, protein is a natural extension in line with evolving consumer needs. Meanwhile, Sujatha Jayaraman, Vice President & Head, Foods R&D & Regulatory Affairs, emphasised that along with the quantity of protein, its quality and completeness are equally important. The 1 kg pack contains 28 single-serve sachets, eliminating the need to measure portions with a scoop. With this launch, Horlicks is taking a step towards positioning protein not merely as a requirement for fitness enthusiasts, but as a practical part of the busy and active lifestyle of everyday Indians.
