Satyadev Narayan Arya is Takes Oath as New Governor of Tripura at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday 14th, July 2021. The Chief Justice of Tripura High Court, Hon’ble Justice Akil Abdulhamid Kureshi administered the oath of office to Satyadev Narayan Arya in a ceremonial program held at Raj Bhavan. Satyadev Narayan Arya has succeeded Ramesh Bais as the 19th Governor of Tripura.
Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Revenue Minister Narendra Chandra (NC) Debbarma, Social Welfare and Social Education Minister Santana Chakma, Assembly Speaker Rebati Mohan Das and other senior officials of the State administration were also present on the occasion.
