Shankesh Jewellers Makes a Strong Entry into the Jewellery Market.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 12th of August, 2026 : Mumbai-headquartered B2B jewellery company Shankesh Jewellers Limited is set to enter the capital markets with its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company’s IPO will open on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and close on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The bidding process for anchor investors will take place on August 17, 2026.

The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹88 to ₹93 per equity share, with a face value of ₹5 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 160 equity shares and in multiples of 160 shares thereafter. At the upper price band, one lot will cost ₹14,880.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 29,482,000 equity shares, aggregating to approximately ₹259.4 crore at the upper price band. It also includes an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10,000,000 equity shares, amounting to approximately ₹88 crore. The OFS comprises shares offered by promoter selling shareholders Kantilal Kheemaraj Jain and Manoj Kantilal Jain.

Three Decades of Craftsmanship and a Strong B2B Presence

Shankesh Jewellers’ business is focused on handcrafted gold jewellery and customization services. The company operates as a key contractor across the jewellery value chain, covering design, inventory management, supply of finished jewellery and delivery to customers. According to the company, it has more than three decades of experience in the handcrafted jewellery segment.

Its B2B customer base is spread across India and includes several established names from both corporate and non-corporate jewellery businesses.

The company has also reported consistent growth in its financial performance. Shankesh Jewellers recorded operational revenue of ₹1,061.7 crore in FY2024, ₹1,403.8 crore in FY2025 and ₹1,630.7 crore in FY2026. This represents year-on-year revenue growth of 32.21% in FY2025 and 16.17% in FY2026.
