Sonamura, Tripura, 31st of July, 2026 : Sonamura Police recovered and seized 12 stolen mobile phones’s. According to Sonamura PS, recovered and seized 12 stolen mobile phones’s in different company.
Several complaints regarding lost and stolen mobile phones are being lodged regularly at police stations. Treating each complaint with utmost priority, the police administration has been conducting thorough investigations.
According to Sonamura Police, Total 12 nos. missing mobile phone recovered from various places of Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Assam using scientific tools and handed over to its owner after observing all legal formalities. Among them, two mobile phones had gone missing outside the state—one in Uttar Pradesh and the other in Assam.
A police team under the supervision of the Officer in Charge Sonamura Police Station Tapas Das, conducted the investigation. The Sonamura Police handed over the recovered mobile phones to their owners on Thursday (30th July, 2026) in the presence of the SDPO, Sonamura.
