South Asian Fraternity Music Workshop In Khowai.

Khowai, Tripura, 6th of July, 2026 : A Classical Music Workshop was held on July 4 and 5 at Ramchandra Ghat Ananda Marga School, organized by Madhu Nikkan Dance and Music Training Centre, an institution affiliated with the Sangeet Natak Society.

The two-day workshop aimed to promote and nurture classical music by providing participants with expert guidance and practical training.

The workshop was attended by Mrs. Shibani Goswami, Secretary of the Sangeet Natya Society. The sessions were conducted by Mrs. Jagruti Gop, who is in charge of the Madhu Nikkan Music and Dance Training Centre at Ramchandra Ghat.

The workshop provided participants with valuable guidance and practical training in classical music.

During the two-day workshop held on July 4 and 5, young students were introduced to the ragas of North Indian classical music. They also received training in various aspects of music through interactive sessions conducted by the instructors.

At the conclusion of the workshop today, medals and certificates were presented to all the participants on behalf of the South Asian Fraternity in recognition of their successful completion of the programme.
