N.C. Sharma, State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha (Director, Elementary & Secondary Education) delivered the welcome speech on the occasion. Raval Hamendra Kumar, Special Secretary, Education (School) Department, Govt. of Tripura, Lalnunnemi Darlong, Director, SCERT Teachers, students, officials and many other dignitaries were present in the event.
