Agartala, Tripura, 1st of May, 2025 : The Statehood Day of Gujarat and Maharashtra was celebrated today (1st May, 2025) at Raj Bhavan, Agartala, Tripura in a simple ceremony with the Governor Shri Indra Sena Reddy Nallu gracing the program and lighting the lamp for inauguration of the remarkable day.
On the occasion, Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indra Sena Reddy Nallu stated that the Gujarat and Maharashtra are pillars of India’s progress. Many great personalities from these two states have played a significant role in the development of the country.
The function was graced by eminent personalities from Gujarat and Maharashtra working in the state. Rakesh Kumar Ramchandra Chincholikar from Maharashtra and Jayesh Tank from Gujarat spoke at the function.
Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Special Secretary to the State Government Abhishek Chandra and many other dignitaries were present in the celebration ceremony.
