Offer Distribution Programme Of Appointment To The Qualified Candidates Selected For The Post Of Under Graduate And Graduate Teachers.

Agartala, Tripura, 30th of April 2025 : With the initiative of Education Department Government of Tripura,  Offer Distribution Programme has been organized at Nazrul Kalakshetra, Agartala, Tripura on Wednesday (30th April, 2025). In the presence of many distinguished dignitaries Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.

Distribution programme of offer of appointment among the qualified candidates selected for the post of Under Graduate and Graduate Teachers, through Teachers’ Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT).

Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and presents guests handed over the offer among the qualified 15 candidates. At the event, a total of 228 candidates were given job appointment letters in 66 Undergraduate and 162 Graduate positions of the Education Department. At the program, the Chief Minister launched a program called “My School My Pride” of the Education Department by pressing the button on the remote.

Addressing at the Offer Distribution ceremony Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that the current State Government is working towards providing quality education. Government jobs are being provided in the State by formulating a transparent recruitment policy. Merit and ability are being recognized without giving priority to party loyalty. In this regard, the State Government is also working to ensure that the deserving and talented are not deprived.

“The current State Government is working with emphasis on providing quality education. In this regard, jobs are being provided in accordance with a fair recruitment policy. In order to bring transparency and speed in the administration, new posts are being created in various departments, as well as initiatives have been taken to fill old posts. By continuing the recruitment process with transparency, a total of 17,554 people have been provided Government jobs, including die-in-harness, till March 2025. The Government is also formulating a policy of transparency in providing die-in-harness jobs. In this regard, regular appointments are being made in various government departments for die-in-harness jobs as per the government’s policy guidelines. The number of job recipients will increase further as more appointment letters are issued this month. As a result of transparent and transparent recruitment policy, no one has been able to file any complaint or challenge the job in court so far.”, Chief Minister added.

“In order to facilitate administrative work, more than 5,700 contractual and outsourced employees have also been appointed in addition to Government jobs. and 3,554 candidates have been given Government job appointment letters. He said that the State Government has made PRTC mandatory in employment to ensure that the youth of the state can get jobs in various departments of the state. Various agencies have employed more than 2,900 candidates in various government and private institutions in the security guard and other service sectors.”, Chief Minister added.

“Tripura Industrial Development Corporation has set up three model career centers in Agartala, Dharmanagar and Kailashahar under the National Career Service Project in the last three years to empower more than 1,600 candidates in the industrial estates of the State. Job fairs are being held there regularly for the employment of the unemployed youth of the state. As a result, job opportunities are being created for the unemployed. Besides, more than 270 candidates participated in 10 vocational guidance programs.”  Chief Minister said.

The Chief Minister also added that the financial year 2024-25, 82 career counselling programs were organized in various schools and colleges, in which more than 12 thousand job seekers participated. 28 career awareness programs were organized for the Agniveer project and a total of more than 3 thousand job seekers participated. According to the survey report of the Central Government, the unemployment rate of the state in 2018-19 was higher than the national average. As a result of the implementation of specific plans of the government, job opportunities have increased and the unemployment rate has been reduced. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also working with emphasis on employment of the unemployed youth of the country. The state budget for the financial year 2025-26 has made provision for organizing career counselling programs, vocational guidance programs and career awareness programs on a continuous basis. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emphasized on developing professional skills along with talent in every aspect of job preparation.

School Education Department Director Nripendra Chandra Sharma delivered the welcome speech at the event.  Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were Raval Hamendra Kumar (IAS), Special SecretaryEducation (School) Department, Chief Whip of Tripura Legislative Assembly and MLA Kalyani Roy and many other dignitaries were present in the Offer Distribution ceremony.
