Agartala, Tripura, 24th of February, 2025 : The Higher Secondary (Class-XII) examinations conducted by Tripura Board of Secondary Education has started on Monday (24th February, 2025). The students wrote English paper on the first day of the exam schedule. This year, Higher Secondary (Class-XII) examinations are being conducted in a total 60 venues.

According to the information received, Out of 21,214 candidates across the state, 9,763 were male and 11,451 were female. Out of these, 9,697 male and 11,364 female candidates appeared for the examination. 66 male and 87 female candidates were absent from the examination. The percentage of students present in the examination is 99.28 percent.

President of the TBSE board Dr. Dhananjaya Gon Choudhury visited the examination venue of Bijoy kumar Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan Higher Secondary School, Bani Vidyapith Higher Secondary Girl School and Pragati Higher Secondary School. Secretary of Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) Dulal Dey, OSD of Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) Abhijit Bhattacharjee, Diptanshu Prakash Datta also visited the examination venue of various examination centres.
