Teaching Disrupted Due To Dilapidated Infrastructure; Renovation Demanded At Arjun Prasad Roaja Para S.B. School.

Sabroom, Tripura, 27th of June 2026 : Arjun Prasad Roaja Para S.B. School in Golsingpara village under Poangbari Block, South Tripura, is facing infrastructural issues. The school lacks a boundary wall, raising concerns over safety and security. In addition, the deteriorated tin roof of the school building allows rainwater to seep into classrooms during the monsoon, severely disrupting regular teaching and learning activities.

According to local residents, the issue has been brought to the attention of the concerned authorities on several occasions, but no permanent solution has been implemented so far. Parents and villagers have urged the authorities to construct a boundary wall and replace the damaged tin roofing at the earliest to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students. They fear that if repair and renovation work is not initiated immediately, the situation could deteriorate further during the ongoing monsoon season.

Local residents have urged the concerned administration to intervene promptly and take the necessary measures to address the issue at the earliest.
