TEST Demands Immediate Arrest Of Culprits.

Ampi, Tripura, 10th of October, 2025 : Due to delay of payment bill one of the member of TEST (Tipra Engineers’ Society of Tripura) namely Er. Ranajoy Debbarma, Executive Engineer, PWD (WR) Kailashahar Division has been tortured by representative of his work implementation agency in his residence last night in Kailashahar. When this shocking incident has come to light that one member of the TEST was allegedly physically tortured and assaulted by the representative of the agency great wrath has been prevailed amidst the members of the TEST.

According to reports, about 10-12 unknown miscreants believed to be linked to the agency concerned physically attacked Er. Ranajoy Debbarma furiously for not managing bill. During the assault, the attackers snatched his mobile phones and spectacles and inflicted physical injuries, causing severe physical and mental distress. However, it is learnt that due to unavailability of FDR Fund the bill related to FDR Himangshu Das, Fatikroy could not processed. Government bill be processed in departmental procedure which often takes time to reach but suddenly inforcement and attack on concerned authority for bill is not acceptable. This heinous act of barbarism is vehemently condemnable and no doubt that it has corrupted the social peaceful environment.

All culprits involved in this furious barbarous incident must be nabbed immediately and brought to justice, demanded the TEST. Such acts of intimidation against professionals performing their duties cannot be tolerated in civilized society. The Engineering fraternity and professional society have expressed serious concern over the incident and urged the administration to take strict legal action against the offenders to ensure the safety, dignity, and protection of all Engineers engaged in public service.
