Agartala, Tripura, 13th of June, 2025 : The Chairman, Controller of Examination and Member Secretary, Teacher Recruitment Board, Tripura(TRBT) held a Press Conference at Civil Secretariat, Agartala on Friday (13th June, 2025). The final answer sheet of the 2024 T-TET Paper-II and T-TET Paper-I examinations conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) was released by the board on June 9, 2025, with the approval of the board’s experts. At a press conference Chairman of the Teachers’ Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) Dr. Pratyush Ranjan Deb informed the media about the final answer sheet announced by the board. He said that some candidates have refused to accept the decision of the subject experts regarding the published answer sheets. The board does not have the right to ignore the decision of the subject experts regarding the answer sheets of the exam. The chairman termed this demand of the candidates as unjust and unfair. At the press conference, he said that the rules followed in the All India level competitive examinations are also being followed in the TRBT conducted exams.
“the 2024 T-TET Paper-II and T-TET Paper-I examinations conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Tripura were held on 27 April and 4 May 2025 respectively. As per the examination rules, the tentative answer keys of both the examinations were published on 8 May 2025. After the publication of these tentative answer keys, the examinees were given the opportunity to express their opinions and complaints online about the tentative answer keys published from 8 May 2025 to 20 May 2025.”, Chairman of the TRBT said.
The Chairman of the TRBT said that according to the rules of the examination, all the complaints and opinions submitted by the candidates online about the Tentative Answer Keys are sent to multiple subject-based experts. After reviewing each complaint and opinion submitted by the candidates, the subject-based experts document their decision in writing in each case and submit it to the Board (TRBT). The Board gives final approval to the decision of the subject-based experts for each subject and publishes the final answer sheet on June 9, 2025. He said that the exam question paper or answer sheet is prepared by experts. The Board has no responsibility in this regard. The tentative answer keys of the 2024 T-TET Paper-II and T-TET Paper-I examinations were published, some candidates have been coming to the board in groups almost every day to meet the chairman of the board and express their complaints. The chairman of the board met them and talked to them in that case and tried to convince the candidates that each complaint of the candidates is sent to multiple subject-based experts and according to the decision of the subject-based experts, the board published the final answer keys on June 9, 2025.
In this context, Chairman of the Teachers’ Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) Dr. Pratyush Ranjan Deb also added that a total of 40,525 candidates have appeared for the 2024 T-TET Paper-II and T-TET Paper-I examinations. All of them are waiting for the results of the examination. Therefore, the Board is requesting all the candidates to follow all the rules and regulations of the examination properly and cooperate with the work of the Board. At the press conference, Tripura Teachers Recruitment Board Member Secretary Harshita Biswas and Controller of Examinations Dr. Shashank Ghosh presents on various issues related to the examination and answer sheets.
