To promote “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign of the Government, Tripura Sector CRPF took out a bike rally from Salbagan, Headquarters 124 Bn under the leadership of Vijay Kumar, DIG, Tripura Sector, CRPF. The bike rally with the National Flag passed through the streets of Salbagan, Lichubagan, Nutan Bazar, Usha Bazar, Narsingarh and Gandhigram. Among others who participated in the rally were B B Sethi, DIG Range Agartala, Mukesh Tyagi, Commandant 124 Bn CRPF, Officers and personnel from D/3rd Signal, 71 Bn, 124 BN, Range Agartala and Tripura Sector Headquarters, CRPF. The idea behind the rally is to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag. Apart from the bike rally, 600 flags were distributed to students of Sukhamoy High School, Usha Bazar, shops and among the local public of Usha Bazar. The local people have appreciated this patriotic march of nationalism.
