Tripura Wins 19 Medals In “41st National Yoga Championship 2022″.

The three-day (26th December to 28th December, 2022) 41st National Yoga Championship was held at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Pondicherry. 17 States participated in this National Yoga Championship. Tripura won the runner-up. Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers is sponsoring the Tripura Yoga Team to participate at the 41st National Yoga Championship. The 42-member Tripura state team of Yoga participants and coaches – across all age-groups and categories – were participated at the Championship. Tripura wins One Gold, Three Silver, Fifteen Bronze medals in the 41st National Yoga Championship 2022. The players who wins 19 medals are :

Sub Junior Boys – 8 to 14 years : (1) Tanmoy Sarkar – 2nd, (2) Rajdeep Paul – 3rd, (3) Sagar Roy – 5th

Sub Junior Girls – 8 to 14 years : (1) Dhriti Debnath – 2nd, (2) Parinita Roy – 4th (3) Parijat Saha – 5th

Junior Boys – 14 to 20 years : (1) Dhrubajit Das – 4th, (2) Bijoy Paul – 6th

Junior Girls – 14 to 20 years : (1) Rima Begam – 4th, (2) Puja Bhattacharjee – 5th, (3) Payel Das – 6th

Senior Boys – 20 to 30 years : (1) Sourav Ghosh – 3rd, (2) Madhav Debnath – 5th,

Senior Girls – 20 to 30 years : (1) Nandita Sen – 2nd, (2) Isha Sutradhar – 5th, (3) Deepsikha Sen -6th

Senior -A – Women – 30 to 40 years : (1) Susmita Debnath – 4th

Masters- A – Men – 40 to 50 years : (1) Subash Debnath – 1st

Masters A – Women – 40 to 50 years : (1) Sutapa Roy – 10th
