Agartala, Tripura, 5th of August, 2026 : Continuing his mission of using art as a medium for social transformation, Tripura’s young artist and social awareness ambassador Baibhav Datta organized a “Say No to Drugs” Awareness Camp through Painting on 3rd August 2026 at Ramakrishna Vivekananda Sevashram, Ranirbazar, Tripura.
The awareness programme witnessed the participation of nearly 30–35 students, accompanied by their parents and guardians. Through meaningful paintings depicting the harmful consequences of drug addiction, Baibhav encouraged children and young people to embrace a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. His innovative initiative of spreading social awareness through art received wholehearted appreciation from the audience.
The campaign was inspired by the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji to build a “Nasha Mukt Bharat” (Drug-Free India). Responding to this national call, Baibhav took the initiative to educate the younger generation about the dangers of substance abuse and the importance of making responsible life choices.
Addressing the gathering, Baibhav urged students to reject drugs, remain focused on education and personal growth, and become responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.
He stressed that awareness, strong values, and community participation are essential in preventing drug addiction among youth.
To make the programme more engaging, refreshments were served to all participants, and drawing materials were distributed to the students, encouraging them to communicate social messages through their creativity and artistic expression.
The event concluded with Baibhav seeking the blessings of the respected Swamiji of Ramakrishna Vivekananda Sevashram by paying his respects, reaffirming his dedication to serving society through art, awareness, and youth empowerment.
The programme ended successfully, inspiring students, parents, and guardians to support the collective vision of building a healthier, responsible, and drug-free society.
