On the occasion of Seventh International Yoga Day, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation at 6:30 am on Monday. Narendra Modi said that Yoga had become a ray of hope at a time when the entire world was battling the COVID-19 pandemic. “Today when the entire world is fighting against COVID-19 pandemic, Yoga has become a ray of hope. For two years now, no public event has been organised in India or the world but enthusiasm for Yoga has not gone down,” Narendra Modi said while addressing the Seventh International Day of Yoga.
