18 Days FLN Training Accomplished Successfully.

Amarpur, Tripura, 12th of May 2026 : Aiming to generate more teaching skillness amidst the teachers of 82 schools under Ampi Nagar school inspectorate a mega FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) 2nd round training programme has been conducted for 18 days in Jambukbari CRC hall and Ampi Nagar RRC hall where 165 teachers have taken active participation in this FLN training programme. The training event has been initiated from 16 of March 2026 and ended 11 of May 2026.

The BPC (Block Project Coordinator) of Ampi Nagar school inspectorate has  provided FLN certificate to 165 teachers who are engaged in different schools in TTAADC & state under Ampi Nagar school inspectorate in Gomati Tripura. Total 3 batches were there where 165 teachers have accomplished their FLN training by efficient master trainers.

According to the concerned BPC authority, FLN Training is for strengthening the capability of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy. To boost the teachers’ teaching ability the training programme has provided miscellaneous essential educational tips to the teacher participants. FLN enhances cognitive development, critical thinking and problem solving by building strong foundation skill in reading, writing, arithmetic and numeral understanding as well as these skills also boast socio emotional development improving communication empathy and self confidence.

Sources said, targeting to accelerate the school academic atmosphere more favourable for parents and students the concerned BPC has managed expert resource persons who have imparted motivational teachings to the FLN learners. During the session Dr. Sukanya Bhattacharjee, education specialist, SCERT, Dr. Debhasish Paul, OSD, SCERT have visited the event. The entre session was coordinated by Durgahari Jamatia, I/S, Matarai Reang, Dy. I/S. Amidst the master trainers there were Goutam D/B, Arun Paul, Debhasish Saha, Sashanka Das and Paritosh Paul, programme officer remained present in the session.
